Big B, Kareena bag Stardust awards
Superstar Amitabh Bachchan and sensational Kareena Kapoor won the best actor award for the film ‘Paa’ and ‘Kurbaan’ at the seventh Stardust Awards. While Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘3 Idiots’ got the Reader`s Choice best film of the year award and Imtiaz Ali bagged the best director award for ‘Love Aaj Kal’.
Rohit Shetty’s ‘All The Best’ bagged two awards, Stardust Editor`s Choice award for best director and the best comedy film. While Stardust Editor`s Choice award for the best actress and actor went to Kareena Kapoor for ‘Kurbaan’ and Shahid Kapur for ‘Kaminey’.
Superstar of tomorrow (Male) went to Ranbir Kapoor for ‘Wake Up Sid’ and ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’ and superstar of tomorrow (Female) went to Mughda Godse for ‘Jail’.
Best female singer went to Kavitha Seth for `Iktara` from `Wake up Sid` and the best male singer award went to Suraj Jagan for `Give me some sunshine` (`3 Idiots`).
Rekha was honored with Stardust Editor`s Choice Icon of the Industry award at the ceremony.
Katrina Kaif, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor performed on the stage.
