Big B enters school gate after 50 yrs

65 years life span may have taught many lessons to superstar Amitabh Bachchan but like all, the biggest and the basic lesson of success and knowledge he had received from his school door. To pay a tribute to the biggest institution of his life and to celebrate the foundation day of his school, Big B landed in Nainital’s Sherwood College.

The teachers and the students all welcomed Amitabh full heartedly on this auspicious day. Amitabh recalls his days of fun and education at Sherwood. He expressed his happiness and excitement to meet his friends after a long period. Big B enacted in many plays during his school days. He still remembers his father’s wording when he failed to enact in the final play of his school due to chicken pox.

He said that he will first stop at the school auditorium - Millman Hall where he failed to enact his last play and the hospital where his father consoled him when he lost heart for not able to perform the last play of his school. His close friend Chris Brixworth remarked, "He always had the making of a star."
