Asin replaces Deepika as Akshay’s heroine

South sensation Asin has replaced Deepika Padukone in Sajid Khan’s ‘Housefull 2’ as Akshay Kumar’s heroine. Deepika walked out of the film due to dates problem. Her diary is blocked and she fails to give time to Sajid Khan’s film.

Deepika has signed Sajid Nadiadwala’s film, ‘Heer Aur Ranjha’ and hence she had to say no to Sajid.

Well, this is the first time Asin will be paired opposite Akshay Kumar. In the past, she was offered to play Akki’s love interest in Priyadarshan’s ‘De Dana Dhan’ but she opted out.
