Ash-Abhi saves Ravi Kishan’s life


As the releasing date of the highly anticipated film of Mani Ratnam is drawing nearer, some of the undisclosed facts associated with the film is being disclosed by the stars. One such truth is revealed by the Bhojpuri superstar Ravi Kishan. In an interview, Ravi disclosed that during the shooting of ‘Raavan’, he was almost attacked by a poisonous snake in the jungle and was saved by Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan

"I used to lie down either on the river bank or in the bushes between shots to take some rest. I was lying on a rock when I heard them screaming, 'Get up or you will die'. I got up and saw that a nine-foot-long poisonous snake was approaching me," said Ravi.

"If you are seeing Ravi Kishan alive in front of you, it is just because of this wonderful couple," added the actor who is playing Abhishek's elder brother in the film.

’Raavan’ is a bilingual film co-produced by Reliance BIG Pictures and Madras Talkies. In the film, Abhishek plays a local gunda Beera, who kidnaps Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, playing police inspector Vikram’s wife.
