Ash, Abhi purchase villa in Dubai

Bollywood's most talked about couple Abhishek and Aishwarya Bachchan purchased a lavish villa in Dubai at an exorbitant price. The duo is not planning to settle in Dubai nor are they planning to set up a studio there but they invested money for business purposes. In connection to buying the plot, they had thrown a grand reception at the posh Burj Al Arab hotel.

The owners of the villas were invited at the Jumeirah Golf Estates’s Sanctuary Falls and the deal was finalized there. Since Dubai is the hottest and the most happening place in the world and the value of everything including property is touching sky high, investing money for future upliftment is a wise decision taken by Ash and Abhi.

Sanctuary Falls villas mostly comprises of six to seven bedrooms and measure 7,000 to 11,000 sq ft. Their range varies from Dh15 million to Dh35 million. Only few people could afford to buy such costly villas and among them are the Bachchans. They know very well that the price of the property will increase with each passing year. Their villa will have a landscape garden, a swimming pool with the latest amenities, designer kitchen, water fountains, and a state-of-the-art home theatre. They will be owners of 96 villas that fall under the Sanctuary Falls.
