...sister of Malaika Arora Khan who is married to Arbaaz Khan , Salman's younger brother. Having family ties together Salman and Amrita share quite a chemistry.
Considering this, David Dhawan, the director of Mujhse Shaadi Karogi thought it appropriate to cast Amrita in a cameo appearance of Salman's ex-girlfriend in the film. Amrita plays a girl who ditches Salman after which our jilted hero falls for another girl, played by Priyanka Chopra .
Mujhse Shaadi Karogi is a comedy about two guys vying for the same girl. Salman's rival in the film is played by Akshay Kumar .
