Amitabh to shake a leg with Honey Singh in 'Bhootnath Returns'

Rapper, singer and dancer Honey Singh has recently delivered a number of hits with some of the leading stars of Bollywood. His Lungi Dancewith Shah Rukh Khan and Sunny Sunny have proven to be runaway hits. The 30 year old have also delivered several hit songs in films likeCocktailChennai ExpressBossDedh Ishqiya and Yaariyaan. His latest hit is Blue eyes and the next song to be released in Char bottle vodkawith Sunny Leone for the film Ragini MMS 2. It is scheduled to be released at the end of February.

Now the rapper has added another feather in his cap as he has been signed up to sing for Amitabh Bachchan in the upcoming film Bhootnath returns. This is a sequel of the 2008 hit film Bhootnath starring Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla. In the sequel which is directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by T-series, Amitabh plays the role of a friendly ghost.

“It’s great to have Amitji and Honey Singh together in the song, ‘Party with Bhootnath’, which will be shot in the next few days. We’re hoping to create a good chemistry between Honey Singh and Big B.

“It’s a lavishly set song that will be shot in a modern haveli resort and will involve a lot of special effects. We’ve requested Amitji to rap too. This will be one crazy number!” said Bhushan Kumar, producer of the sequel.

 B is no stranger to rapping and dancing for his film and he is reported to be excited about shaking a leg with the up and coming rapper. The superstar took to Twitter to express his enjoyment on Saturday. He wrote, "Yo Yo Honey Singh in the house for a song for 'Bhoothnath Returns' and swag and urban...whatever the lingo meant."

The song is one of the highlights of the film and almost 100 dancers including children have been used in it. The 71 year old veteran star posted in his blog, “‘Grooving and shakin’ with the young at the shoot for ‘Bhoothnath Returns’… At times the choreographer and the production forget how old I am to be still doing this stuff… But to be honest I did enjoy myself, despite the buckets of perspiration after each approaching summer heat filled shot,” wrote the actor who definitely enjoyed the event in spite of his advanced age.
