Akshay gifts Jumbo to his son
Action king Akshay Kumar does everything to make his son Aarav happy. He is deeply fond of him and always wants to do something to make him happy. Recently, a unique opportunity knocked his door. Percept Picture Company approached him to work in an animation flick titled Jumbo. Akki at once grabbed the opportunity as he wanted to dedicate the film to his son. The film explores the subject of love between a father and a son.
Akki will play two roles, he will lend his voice to the central character Jumbo as well as act as a sutradhar (narrator) of the film. When contacted, Akshay Kumar confirmed the news and said, "The reason for me doing this animation film is purely because how it made me feel. Watching it, brought back so many emotions. Children don’t just need humor or action in their lives, they also need lessons, love and understanding. This film made me think so much about my son that I was ready to be part of it. Like my father used to say, 'It's not just about doing the big and best things all the time. Life is about doing what is important and what is right.' This is exactly how I felt."
He is quite confident that all the children will be able to relate with the film and they will experience the love between father and son and the flick would make a difference in their lives.
