Ajay Devgn patches up with Shahrukh Khan

Ajay Devgn and Shahrukh Khan finally extended olive branches and ended years long rivalry. Their rivalry dates back to 2012 when Ajay’s movie ‘Son of Sardar’ and Shahrukh Khan starrer YRF’s ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ hit the theatres. Ajay pitted against YRF for maximum screens for JTHJ.

SRK made the first move and he wished Ajay, Rohit Shetty and the entire team of ‘Singham Returns’ for the film’s success. Shahrukh tweeted, "Want to wish Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn and their whole team of 'Singham 2' the best of luck. May you entertain us as you have been doing for years.”

Thanking Shahrukh in return, Ajay said, "I am thankful for that (wish). We all wish each other for our films. So it is okay, and there is no problem. I think his film's promo ('Happy New Year') will be screened in our film.

I don't understand why (people) make an issue of all these things," Ajay told reporters here at the trailer launch of 'Singham Returns'.

"I wish him (SRK) good luck for his films. I do hope all his films do well," Ajay said

Shahrukh once dropped on the set of ‘Singham Returns’’ and met with Ajay and all the team of the movie.

"He had come on the sets and we did talk. It is okay... why make an issue out of it," 'Singham' actor said.

‘Singham Returns’ is a sequel to blockbuster ‘Singham’ starring Kareena Kapoor in the lead. The film is slated to release on August 15th. Ajay will be seen in the role of police inspector.
