Aishwarya gets a severe drug reaction
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is down with high fever and doctors have advised her complete bed rest. In the middle of the shooting, Ash popped some antibiotics to get relieve from high fever and throat infection but landed up with swollen lips due to drug reaction. She was shooting an important sequence for Vipul Shah’s ‘Action Replay’ and could not cancel the shoot but continue with swollen lips. She covered her face with dupatta.
Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan are caking care of their bahurani. "Aishwarya has come back from the shoot in pain and distress. Doctors called, investigation done and medication registered to settle issues down, but it persists," Amitabh Bachchan, posted on his blog bigb.bigadda.com.
Explaining the condition of his daughter-in-law, Big B wrote, "There is high fever and an infection in the throat, cannot talk, cannot swallow. Sad and so concerned to see her in such a condition. Abhishek has been summoned from his shoot as Jaya and I attend to her."
Aishwarya returned home with high fever from shooting. Abhishek attended his sick wife but soon he had to rush for shooting.
