After ‘Vijaypath’, Ajay Devgn fights with a tiger again


After ‘Vijaypath’, Ajay Devgn is all set to fight a tiger yet again in his upcoming movie, ‘Himmatwala’. Director Sajid Khan clarified that the scene is not a satire but Ajay in real fights with the big cat.

“This is the second time I have fought a tiger in life after Vijaypath,” Ajay said.

He also said “We took complete safety precautions. And now it is much more easier. In Vijaypath when I fought a tiger, there was no safety. Him and me in the cage, and fighting.”

Sajid joked that the tiger became so friendly with Ajay that it freely moved around him on the set.

‘Himmatwala’ is a Sajid Khan’s masaladar entertainer produced by Vashu Bhagnani and Ronnie Screwvala. The movie also stars south sensation ‘Tammanna’. The film is a remake of yesteryear blockbuster ‘Himmatwala’ starring Jitendra and Sridevi.

Sajid Khan is quite positive about his film success. The first look poster of ‘Himmatwala’ was revealed on 8 August 2012. The film is scheduled to release on 29 March 2013.

Apart from Ajay and Tammannah, the film also stars Mahesh Manjrekar.
