Actor Raghuvir Yadav missing since Dec
Actor Raghuvir Yadav has been reported missing since December. Arrest warrant has been ordered against him but he is untraceable. He disappeared after the family court summoned Raghuvir Yadav to appear before the court. His divorced wife Purnima has filed a case against Yadav for not paying the maintenance of her and their 19 yr son Achal.
They tied the knot in 1988 but separated in 1996. After the warrant issued against the actor, police could not trace Raghuvir.
"After submitting the report, we continued our efforts to trace him. Unfortunately we could not find him yet. It's about four months now since Yadav disappeared," said L D Tompe, Senior Inspector of Aarey police station.
"We also visited the suburban Goregaon address mentioned on the warrant issued by the court," he said. The police had been keeping an eye on persons visiting Film City at Goregaon daily but in vain, Tompe said.
He acted in films like 'Lagaan', 'Delhi 6', 'Darna Mana Hai' and 'Firaaq'.
