Aishwarya had to marry a tree to marry a rock, comedian slams Abhishek

Abhishek Bachchan is a polite person, but when it comes to deal with trolls, he is known for his cheeky replies. He has proved it once again when he gave a befitting reply to popular stand-up comedian Aditi Mittal who took a dig at Abhishek over his acting skills.

Aditi’s post was actually a comment on Amitabh Bachchan’s heartfelt letter to his granddaughters, but she happened to make fun of Abhishek’s acting as well.

Aditi tweeted, “Aishwarya had to m marrying a tree first so she could marry a rock (mince Abishek can't act no?) https://twitter.com/kanikagahlaut/status/773366011571671040.”

To this, the ‘All Is Well’ actor made a witty reply tweeting, [email protected] the question mark at the end suggests that you have a doubt, mince, there is hope for me. Yay!”

In a subsequent tweet, Abhishek also tried to clear that the the “manglik wedding” Aishwarya is accused of has never happened. [email protected] and just for the record... We are still looking for this alleged tree.”

In response, Aditi posted an old newspaper report stating that a case was filed against Aishwarya for marrying a tree. [email protected] Iska reporting aur case hua tha. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/1541309/Film-star-faces-lawsuit-after-marrying-a-tree.html,” she posted.

To this, came another witty remark from Junior Bachchan who wrote, [email protected] and the outcome of the case? Oh forgot... Whatever is printed is always the truth.”

The comedian seemed to hav been impressed by Abhishek’s way of handling things and ended their Twitter exchange by tweeting, [email protected] Hahahahahahahahah. Which is why I do jokes, not news. Though news can be infinitely more entertaining obvi.”

Amitabh Bachchan had recently written an open letter filled with wisdom, advice and life lessons to his grand daughters Aaradhya and Navya Naveli Nanda, in which he spoke about the challenges women face in the society and the possibly best ways to deal with them.

While some found the letter to be encouraging and inspiring, some others criticised Big B’s letter for being patriarchal and regressive. Aditi was one of those who pointed out the hypocrisy in the letter with the tweet.
