Perfectionist Aamir Khan can go to any extent to make his role just right. He dons his physical feature according to the need of the flick. If he has easily gained weight and acquired huge abs for Ghajini where he is playing a psycho killer, Aamir has taken no time to shed his mammoth flab for Raj Kumar Hirani's 3 Idiots where he is playing a college going student who gives more priority to friends than parents.

Aamir’s lean and thin look is the demand of 3 Idiots and Aamir very soon acquired the requisite build to bring alive the character genuinely. No sooner Aamir started shooting for 3 Idiots, he immediately started working on his physique and shed off his extra flab. His stunning physique in Ghajini received rave reviews but he immediately changeover to a new one.

Though Aamir himself is an ace director, he never interferes in director’s work and acted according to Hirani's wish. 3 Idiots is an adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s well known novel, Five Point Someone. Kareena Kapoor is the lead actress and the movie is slated for 2009 release. Major part will be shot in Bangalore.
