Aamir Khan runs into legal trouble for nude PK poster

<PK style="" mso-margin-top-alt:auto;line-height:normal";margin-bottom:auto"="">Aamir Khan’s nude PK poster has landed the actor into deep trouble. A Kanpur-based advocate has filed a case against the perfectionist for publishing an ‘obscene’ poster of his upcoming movie. The lawyer alleged that the poster would incite "sexual violence" and encourage "obscenity".

PK poster shows Aamir Khan on a railway track, completely nude and hiding his secret part with an old transistor. The lawyer claimed that he is shocked to see the nude poster of the actor in the Friday newspaper. Manoj Kumar, who filed the complaint, claimed that the poster is obscene and hurt his sentiments.

"When I received a copy of the newspaper I was shocked with the poster. Newspaper reaches crores of people, including children and the elderly," Manoj said.

The case has been filed in the court of Additional City Magistrate VII under Section 292 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), which deals with obscenity.

Aamir Khan, who is known for unique movie promotional tricks, has decided to walk naked on railway track to promote PK starring Anushka Sharma and Sushant Singh Rajput in pivotal roles. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, PK slated to release on December 19, 2014.
