Aamir Khan forcing neighbour to sell their flats
Here is a bad news for those who place perfectionist Aamir Khan in high regard. The actor was caught in a property fight. Aamir has been alleged of forcing some residents of Mumbai to sell their apartments to him so that he can build a bungalow for himself. The incident was brought to light by two aged ladies of the apartment, the mother Pamela de sa (87) and her daughter Geneva de sa (50) have filed a police complaint against the actor offer which is termed as a "falsely conceived redevelopment scheme".

36,207 sq ft area to build up his bungalow in exchange of Rs 70,000 per sq ft. The
property in question is the Virgo Co-operative Housing Society that has 23
members. The society comprises of two buildings, Marina Apartments and Bella
Vista, which has 12 flats each. While Aamir Khan owns two flats in Marina and
one in Bella Vista, Pamela de Sa owns two apartments in Marina, and Geneve de
Sa owns two garages in Bella Vista.
Aamir is also accused of luring the residents by offering them a provision to build a separate building on the rest of the plot who are not willing to sell their residents.
According to Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies S M Patil, "He was yet to go through the complaint but it appeared true that the proposal did not qualify as redevelopment."
This piece of news will put the actor in a bad light.
