Aamir Khan collapses after injury

Aamir Khan collapsed on the set after getting hurt seriously. He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital in Hyderabad. The incident took place while he was shooting for Ghajini in Ramojirao studio. He got hurt while pulling a hamstring muscle.

The mishap happened when he was shooting the climax scene. According to a source, he had undergone a lot of training for the scene and was doing similar stunt for last few days but nothing of that sort happened. But on Wednesday, he fainted after a serious injury. It was a difficult stunt where he had to lift and throw a 100 kg man. It was assumed that he gave pressure on the wrong foot. He was doing the stunt under the supervision of Hollywood director Peter Hines.

After little medication, he was released from the hospital but it has been reported that the injury was severe and he cannot resume shooting for an indefinite period. Aamir directly flew from Hyderabad to Mumbai. Ghajini is one of the most hyped films of 2008 and it is a remake of Tamil blockbuster starring Tamil actress Asin and Jiah Khan.
