Aamir Khan kissed Kareena Kapoor not once or twice in Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘3 Idiots’ but thrice. Aamir Khan is a perfectionist, to show the kiss to be natural; he and Kareena had 14 retakes. They did not jump for lip-lock at the very first instance. In the first stage, Kareena blew a kiss to Aamir, in the second stage, Kareena kissed Aamir on his cheeks and finally the lip-lock between the two happened.
Director Rajkumar Hirani did not divulge any details about the kiss as he wanted to surprise the audience. If we recall back, Aamir Khan once kissed Kareena’s sister Karisma Kapoor in ‘Raja Hindustani’ and that kiss created history. It was touted as the most passionate kiss till date.
From then to now, Aamir Khan fully grown as an actor and with growing experience and flawless acting, he has been tagged with the perfectionist title and now his kiss with Kareena is also expected to be one of its kinds.
Apart from Aamir and Kareena, ‘3 Idiots’ stars Madhavan and Sharman Joshi. It is based on the lives of three B-school students who discover the true meaning of life through each other.
