Sun Zarra is produced by Salim and directed by Rohit Nayyer. Samir Aftab and Anjana Sukhani have each acted in one movie, but they are still a relatively fresh pair which the producer and director hope to capitalize on. Anil Pandey has jotted the lyrics and Sandesh Shandilya composes the tunes.
‘Unse Nazrein Mili Aur Bhi Nahi’- Amit Sana, Indian Idol runner up sings this romantic track. He has a nice and soothing voice. Anil Pandey writes the lyrics and Sandesh Shadilya composes the tunes. A sweet number.
‘Sun Zarra’- It’s the title track sung by Amit Sana again. It has good music and good lyrics. It does leave an impression on the listener as it sounds fresh and appealing. It transports one to another time and place; it’s got an old world feel to it.
‘Dil Ki Sun Zarra’- It’s a duet with Amit Sana and Shreya Ghoshal. Both have melodious voices and do justice to the song. It is a simple an appealing number.
‘O Jaana Tere Pyar Mein’- The lyrics are penned by Sandesh Shandilya and the song is sung by Neeraj Sridhar (Bombay Vikings). This is an original number, rather than his usual remixes. The song is about someone who is unable to speak about his love to this girl of his dreams. It has a certain quality of innocence to it.
‘Tere Rang Se’- It’s sung by Sanjeevani. It’s a slow track; however the lyrics are not very impressive. The track itself is just average.
‘Woh Raat Mein Boli’- Amit Sana once again sings this end track, while Kumar Kancha fills in towards the end. Amit sings this number with a lot of energy and end’s on a high pitched note.
‘Sun Zarra’ is quite a good effort, by the composer and he’s showed a lot of confidence in Amit Sana. Amit Sana shows a lot of promise. The music on the whole is soft, gentle and soothing to the listeners.
