'Ishq Hai Tumse' epitomizes blooming colorful petals of romance, a confession of love. A film produced by G.A Sesagiri Rao and directed by G Krishna is made under the banner of Padmalaya Telefilms Ltd. Sanjay Chhel and Sameer render the lyrics. Upcoming talented Himesh Reshammiya who had given pure gems like 'Kya Dil Ne Kaha' and 'Tere Naam' gives the music. The cast is Bipasha Basu - The oomph Queen, Dino Morea - the deadly dude, in the lead. A film, which has teenybopper populace of our nation, has a raunchy swaggering music, which will set young genre foot -tapping and hip-shaking. This is a young generation's delighting album, having the soulful vocals of Udit Narayan, Alka Yagnik, Shaan, Sagarika and Vinod Rathod.
'Dil Dil' is a soft romantic duet sung beautifully by Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik. The duet is a soulful melody, which sprinkles the sweet petals of sonority. It is set on the beautiful landscaped locations of Europe. Udit Narayan comes out with a heart warming performance, Alka yagnik, giving him good company. This song sounds like one of the melodies of 'Raaz' (super hit starring Dino-Morea, Bipasha Basu ). Sanjay Chhel gives the lyrics.
Himesh Reshammiya delivers wallop in the chart 'O Soniya'. 'O Soniya' an upbeat soundtrack with the vocals of Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik. Imagine Bipasha Basu - booty luscious babe with her chow-smack legs melting into the arms of Dino Morea - sexy demeanor with chiseled features. The song flames up the passion, creates magic and makes it intoxicating. The lyrics of the songs are raunchy, compassionate. It oozes oomph and desire. A certainly not to be missed number. It reappears in the album with remix version, which is foot-tapping and hip-shaking. A teenyboppers' delight.
'Chaahat Ki Khushboo' is another soft romantic duet in the album sung by Shaan and Alka Yagnik. The lyrics are by Sanjay Chhel. It showers fragrance of passion. Shaan sounds melodious, but Alka Yagnik outshines him. A colorful melody, which sets the freshness of romance in the air.
'Humko Chahiye' is a young genre song with foot-stomping beats, sung beautifully by Shaan and Sagarika (Shaan's sister). The brother-sister duo ends up on winning notes. Once a teenage sensation Sagarika teams up with brother Shaan and adds flavor and color to the album. A welcome comeback for Sagarika!
'Lutf De Gayee' is a delightful lover's song sung by K.K. and Hema Sardesai; the latter's seductive sultry voice has given sensuous appeal.
'Ishq Hai Zindagi' is a Qawwal's song sung by Udit Narayan, Alka Yagnik and Vinod Rathod. A usual qawaali song heard many times in many films, a treat for old-timers. Lyrics are meaningful but lack penetration and depth. Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik sound ordinary but Vinod Rathod sounds stale and unimpressive. The song hardly makes any impact.
Udit Narayan excels in numbers 'Dil Dil' and 'O Soniye' whereas Shaan and sister Sagarika add sugar-n-spice with 'Humko Chahiye'. A cocktail of upbeat music clubbed with soulful melodies, which melts into ears like honey. Overall, a niche film album with oodles of talent and impressive presentation.
