Teen Patti - Movie Review

Perci Trachtenberg (Ben Kingsley) is the one man, who is hugely regarded as the world’s greatest living mathematician. He bumps into Venkat Subramanian (Amitabh Bachchan), who is a cloistered math genius from India. Venkat has discovered a theory that might redefine the principles of probability and randomness. He is utterly aware of the fact that he has discovered an extraordinary theory that could find applications across various sciences. But he wants to test it in the real world. Perci is convinced that Venkat’s theory is original and is laced with the significance to change the narrative arc of mathematics. He also knows that Venkat’s theory is what that questions the idea of what is random and what is fated. Follows next forms the story.

Ambika A Hinduja brings you ‘Teen Patti’ under the banner Sirindipity Films. The movie is directed by Leena Yadav and stars Amitabh Bachchan, Sir Bin Kingsley, R. Madhavan, Sushmita Sen, Raima Sen, Mahesh Manjerekar, Boman Irani, Irrfan Khan and Jackie Shroff amongst many others. Ajay Devgan makes a special appearance.
